Under Drive Pulley

I'm thinking bout putting back the stock balancer and water pump pulley...I don't the way the car feels when i sit in traffic....It idles rough...What do you guys think?:confused: I have no vacuum leaks...I Have the JLT air filter, Granatelli COPS and with the Iranium Plugs....

Or even higher if it will allow, or until it is smooth.

Without a tune, your idle must be waaaaaay down there??

i hope you put the crank pulley on correctly.

put the out of gear idle at 700rpm, in gear at 800rpm.

if you keep having the vibration problem thereafter, you may have another prob.

The idle MUST be adjusted via tune when you do this mod.
Your experience is NOT unusual.

I had my idle in park, and idle in drive with brake on corrected shortly after the install.

The hp gains/dollar are really good with this mod. Keep 'em.

Hey!! I have them installed for over a year and no issues so far, I would suggest looking into those COP connectors, They seem to be common causing a rough idle

I had mine on for over 2 years with no problems at all.

There's no way U/D pulleys should affect idle quality, only the idle speed, which is a simple adjustment in your tune.
