Following links can lead to to the most amazing things!!!
It began when I read a story of the 1998 SwissAir 111 cockpit tapes being released.

I wanted to know more of the MD-11, so I Googled it.
(Try for yourself)
At the top, were 3 images, one of which is an upside-down, crispy looking airplane.
I thought "Cool!", so I clicked on it.

Now we're in business! (Click on "Remove Frame" top left of the page.)
3 pics caught my eye (the A-6 bad eject) series, so I Googled "Keith A-6 Eject" and ended up here;

Amazing! Lucky!!!
I'm plowing through the rest of http://www.micom.net/oops/ right now, utterly engrossed by the photos's.
