We had fairly good turnout for the CAM meet in Hagerstown, MD today considering that it was a holiday weekend. Great food and great company always makes for a worthwhile trip. Joe Walsh even took advantage of the nice weather to break out the blue Cobra. Was able to pick up two banners for use at MV V. Below are some pics from the day and our visit to the German restaurant "The Schmankerl Stube". No one took a shot at the beer boot or the 5 liter mug. :D

And here's some of Joe's Cobra, was my first chance to see it up close in person, and it's a sweet ride! Very clean and well assembled car! Hope he doesn't mind the close-ups but even at high resolution I couldn't find dust or stray grease on the car!

I forgot I left the white balance off of auto and on a manual setting so some of the external shots came out needlessly "blueish"...

It was a small meet as expected over the holiday weekend but a good time as always. Thanks for setting it up Charlie. Mark, all I have to say is you got off easy at the outlet stores:eek:. Even with a new set of tires in the trunk (thanks Mike and Matt) we still managed to fit a few more things in the back seat.

Guys, you might as well budget some outlet store time and money for your MVV trip this year. It will make the ride home a lot more fun.

If you ever get the opportunity to check out Joe's Cobra up close, you will see the best example of quality workmenship you may ever come across. That is one awsome machine! Right down to the safetywire pig tails.

Great to see everyone as always. Your company makes it worth the long trip!

Nice little turn out, wish I could of made it. I didn't bother going to that car show that was also on that day. Have been feeling under the weather since Saturday morning.

Thanks guys...It is painted the original 'Guardsman Blue' with White LeMans stripes.
Lots of Cobras get painted with the brighter Dodge Viper Blue, but my brother and I were trying to stick as close to original as possible.

I really don't need to wear those "suspenders" because once I cram my 6'3" frame and legs into the Cobra ...I'm not getting out quickly!:o
