Celebrity owned eh? Mercury badges gone, along with the rims. S/Ced too huh? With no pics? Oh, and sorry, I'm bored searching AutoTrader.

Why would they slap on a ford emblem, and is that a crown vic bumper, and no tailpipes?

I was just gonna say that. Looks like a CVLX with Marauder headlights. Another rip-off. Take off a zero from the price and we'll talk.

It has MM interior....Why would someone go through the trouble to swap in MM interior? I think it would be easier to swap exterior pieces. I doubt it's S/Ced with 550HP though. No way.

Also, 50K invested? On what, the blower and the PI wheels??
That ford emblem is annoying me, they should have left it badgeless.

I was just thinking that. Since the interior is correct, and since it's sitting in front of a chain-link fence with a warning about a dog, my guess is that it's either a theft recovery or was hit in the rear and repaired with the incorrect parts (i.e. a complete CV interceptor rear clip). Rims were probably either taken before or after arrival. I doubt the blower and I flat refuse to believe 50K invested.

whoever put the ford back on it was a retard. Though without the rims it looks a lot like a cop car/crown victoria.
Correct Grille (you can see the circle where the logo was- not an oval if it was a Ford.) + Correct Interior = Marauder.
Also I don't know how many Police Interceptors (that's the logo on the trunk right?) have number-pad entry.
It definitely got defaced!

Wreck rebuild is my guess also.

Thats some good "detecting" Roy! I bet that is the answer.
I sent the seller an email just for grins. I'll post the response. I asked about the blower and how bad the body damage was in the rear.

LOL. He'll probably be like, "There was no damage in the rear?"
...m-m-must have-th-that tire and r-r-r-rim combo....

Might be able to help. The L/P is a little hard to read but post what you think it is and I'll see what I can do.
Also if you look in the background behind the chain link fence there is a row of Panthers including a non factory (retail customer) red painted CV with a logo on the door.
By what the seller has in his yard and by his location my guess is that the seller is a movie car company. These companies supply the movie studios with cars for tv shows, tv commercials, motion pictures and they also do work for celebrities.
Although I have no clue who Danon Smith is $50k does not seem out of line when you are apying a third party for the work.

It could be Ford on the back and debadged on the front for a movie.

Another one in my back yard. The guy claims that they swapped the emblem and painted the exhaust black to make it look more stealthier. Claims procharger in Kansas put in the SC and that it passed California smog. I asked him about a CARB exemption sticker and he doesn't have one. If you want to contact him he is at 818-468-6654.

Not that I know of. If it did, some of us would have the footage for the archive like the Alias chase.

See all the other Vics inside the fence?
I can't figure its stance. If those are 16" cvpi wheels, why do they fill the wheel wells so well?
