How are they different. Do they have different equipment?

The blue 2003's are faster, due to the extremely thin paint job...

Most 2003 MM's will have:

2003 Options:
Trunk mounted 6-CD changer
Spoiler (dealer installed)
Trunk organizer (dealer installed)

2003 Colors
Black (exterior)
Blue (exterior)
Dark charcoal (interior)
Light flint (interior)

2004:
NO Remote fuel door release
NO Fullsize spare
NO Clock in the dash between the radio and HVAC control head) intergrated into the radio
NO Automatic parking brake release
NO Map pockets in the front of the seats
Traction control
Mini spare

2004 Options:
Heated seats

Trunk organizer (dealer installed)
Moonroof

2004 Colors

I may have missed something but that's about it.

This is the post that explaines it all:

300A's were the first issue of Marauders they were all black and had the following equipment

Auto release fuel door
In-dash Clock
Map pockets in the front seats
Full size spare
Auto Release Parking brake
Windshield tint
Hood light
4R70W Transmission
Single engine knock sensor
Black Valve covers
2400 Stall convertor

Only options for the early 300A's were a trunk organizer and a 6 Disc CD changer.

300B's came out mid year and were offered in Black, Silver and Blue. They had less features then the 300A so they are considered "Decontented"
Differences on the 300B are...

Heated seats
Traction control
Manual fuel door
Mini Spare
Dot Matrix on upper portion of windshield
Aluminum Valve covers
No map pockets
Clock in radio
No Hood Light
Dual Engine Knock Sensors
2700 Stall convertor

Options were 6 Disc CD changer, Rear Spoiler, Sunroof, and Trunk organizer.

Some mid production year Marauders have been found to have a little bit of the 300A and 300B features combined.

2004 Marauders were offered in Black, Silver, DTR which replaced Blue and the addition of the 4R75W transmission

I may have forgotten something so feel free to chime in.
Maybe we can save useless threads about questions we answered a million times over.

For the record. I did use the search. But searching 2003 vs. 2004 or 300A vs 300B pulls up hundreds of posts. Seems to me that since this is a forum where people enjoy talking about their cars that someone would be willing to either answer the question or post a link to the thread that does. That's exactly what happened. Thanks.

it seems that this question is asked way too often, I tried to make it a sticky but it failed lol

And Canadian Market Marauder differ slightly from the USA Market ones.

Canadian Marauders 2003 300A's have traction control.

Also 2004's did not have the sunglass holders on the roof.
(mine doesn't) It does have the compass and garage door openers x3 (homelink).

Probably a few other differences too.

No sunglass holder because the overhead console was shortened so the moonroof could be added.

The blue 2003's are faster, due to the extremely thin paint job...

Black 04's were faster because of the dual knock sensors,
and the elimenation of the underhood light which saved weight.:D
