I'm intersted in hearing from those who have the earlier staged S/C'ers that DR producted, like mine--I am # 7, BTW, because I have a curious question about the water box/container you have...the one located lower left front tire ---..
The question is ---how often do you check for water-supply--meaning --if low--add more--and what type--plain water--or 50/50 mix----cause I just found out from DR that is what its should be--
Even more important--How do you get to the re-fill--better yet--access filling it-- I know the answer--but want to hear your responses---They will help-Thanks--

I just waited to my blower needed to be rebuilt and the electric water pump burned out, as long as everything was out it was easy to check:)
You turn the wheel all the way to the right, then you can sneek your hand through the fender well and get the cap off.
To fill it, take the plastic cover off the top of the headlights, find the one circular hole that gives you straight access to the tank, then make a long piece of 5/8 hose and fill it from the top of the hose.
To empty the tank, take a hose off the discharge of the electric water pump and pump it all out.
Id change the fluid once a year, those little pumps to wonders to coolant.

Yeah--What you say here is also what Dennis said--I guess mine is much tighter--I may have to get someone else to loosen it ----It just occurred to me about checking this--didn't know to do it or how often--but the temps were getting higher the other day --and the though occurred to me--Boom!--thus my questioning....so 50/50 mix of water /coolant --correct?
Thanks---

Either what Zack said above ^^^or take the wheel off and see if that gives you better access...

Well, I went by my new shop Guys--More on that later--
But I got the tank opened up--wasn't to difficult---and guess what>>>>>>>>>>>>>
the darn thing was F U L L !!!!!!!!! Oh yeah----------B U T --for one good thing --there always seems to be one B A D ____
Seems the fluid was 100% anti-freeze--instead of 50/50 mix---
This may be the reason why it was never at optimum cooler ----was always a bit to hot --just over normal-----
Will be getting it drained on the 18th and the proper mix put in----AM so HAPPY its with fluid---guess the guy working for DR at the time of installation didn't follow his instructions------------but no hurt--no problem--
The best is that it DID have liquid in the tank--I was fearing it may be dry---OK I feel great now--so much I beat some AXX Holes in a Chevy trying to chase me off the off ramp--a bad decision--took that 90 angle at about 45 mph and lost those dummies--they couldn't stay up--then I punched the RED LINE BEAUTY---she let out the prettiest squell and made alot of distance quickly----see ya later--oh yeah--the bit about the new shop guys for me and the MM--...will come in a separate post----with pics---but if you want a tease--check this out...
