I took a chance today and installed the Jet Chip in the MM... Its model # 70203... Don't know if anybody else has done these... I was going with Dennis R., but already had this ordered and couldn't wait..I'm totally happy with the performance.. 4 to 5 feet burn offs at the line and hard 2nd shift rubber....Evewrything else is still stock.. Didn't know if anybody else has tryed these before, I haven't see them mentioned here before by anyone... Thanks...... 300B, 20/30, Bob Whites, 600 miles, born 10/02, adopted 6/18/03... I followed the directions to the letter thats on the site for installation......

Didn't you say though that the Jet chip wouldn't make corrections for your 4.10s?

There was something else posted in the past about Jet's programing. I'd still try DRs chip. (and certainly trust the programming more)

you might be thinking of me. I was the one who just installed 4.10 gears in my MM, and had also bought the Jet ship, but had not yet installed the chip. I've just bought Dennis's chip because I talked to the Jet company and they told me that their chip will NOT correct the transmission shift points or the speedometer error if anything other than the stock 3.55 gears are in the car, whereas Dennis can burn the chip for any set of gears that you have in your MM, and his chip will correct the speedo error and trans shift points. BTW, if anyone has a stock Marauder, and wants to buy the jet Chip I have which I've never installed in my car, then let me know, cuz I'll give it to you for half price($150).

Maybe he will run for President and move to Washington , D.C. He has my vote.

I know what you're thinking. Did he have a six cylinder or a supercharged eight cylinder? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being as this is a Mercury Marauder, the most powerful 4 door Sedan in the world, and would blow your bumpers clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?
