I have several of my cars in a Profile with Tire Rack and the good little commercialists (is that a word) that they are... they send me emails when new things come out.

This isn't a bad looking wheel IMHO. I don't need wheels for my current MM. But perhaps someone out there is in this stage of their upgrades and would find them interesting.
I like everything about that wheel, until I noticed the very center of it looks exactly like the chrysler emblem.

That's a very nice wheel, but something was bothering me, and I just could not put my finger on it....until you metioned how the center resembles the chrysler emblem. That's it! So now it's just "OK"

You forgot to say ALOHA :D

I still say the only ones that look good on the car are our stock rims. I don't think I can say that about any other car.

I agree with Zack, though for the price these would be a good wheel to just drive around on if someone wanted to keep their oem wheels in mint shape and just put them back on for events and such.

ALOHA...Good one Zack! LOL ...ALOHA
Not a bad looking wheel, but I don't see it on an MM. Not bold or masculine enough.

?? All I see on the centre is 'moda'
OK you don't mean the very centre, you mean the centre where th spokes join. A penta star in black

The OEM wheels on a Marauder is to me what makes the car a standout.

Well, I'd take this as a rather lukewarm response...
FWIW I run ROH Drift R's on my sled.
I like the OEM rims, especially from a distance, but from about 10' in the color of the chrome and the very sharp edges on the spokes reminds me of cheap plastic hub caps one buys in Pep Boys.
That being said, my OEMs are safely tucked away for the future.

The Marauder wheels are not chrome. They are polished aluminum, that is clearcoated. Hence the weird coloring that makes them look like plastic. Just the way Ford did them. If you really wanted to, you could strip the clear and leave them as bare polished, and just keep up with polishing them often. I very well may do this, as the clear coat continues to get chipped despire my best efforts to preserve it. Bare polished aluminum will look a lot brighter than it does on the clear coated factory wheels, but upkeep will become a pain in the butt.

Right you are... I used the wrong wording when I said chrome... should have said the silver color.

Umm..They're only 8 inches wide. That would be a downgraded wheel in my book.

Not too bad looking. It's heavy for 18" wheel though. My 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 wheels are just about the same weight.

Probably because they are cast

Except the 94 Firebird and 92-97 SVX.
