Does dual exhaust make my dirty V-6 Mustang fast ?

Apparantly not, as some young knucklehead found out.
I was cruising along late on a private track. (I would'nt L.I.E ) ;);)
I'm in the left lane doing around 70, this Stang pulls up alongside me and looks the car over. Then he inches out in front of me. So I very slowly inch out in front of him. He tries to speed ahead of me, so I gently press on the pedal. I keep pushing slowly and stay just slightly ahead of him, which annoys him. I can hear his little motor working! I must have pushed the pedal a little too far because suddenly the tranny downshifted, the car took off like a shot, :burn: and I left him sittin big time. I wasn't expecting that, and was pleasantly surprised. It was like my car had had enough foollin around with this little Mustang and decided to show how a big car goes. Hmm, maybe this Vic has a mind of it's own. Wouldn't be the first car I had with a mind of it's own.

No the Mustang V6's are slow girl cars, no matter what they show on TV.

Case and point?

Thats my friends V6 mustang, in Legend Lime green, nice rims, touch screen dvd/radio/nav "Put in by previous owner" and my personal favorite "The mystery subwoofers in the door panel" :bs:

Although she ordered a dual exhaust kit and wants an intake to be able to keep up with her brothers V6 mustang, Pictured being crushed by 3 explorers (Worst PS job ive ever done, had to make it look crappy just for extra laughs) :D

she is gonna be pissed when i blow by in a big *** black boat down the highway :banana2:

Your CV could be possessed by an evil spirit, that will drive you insane about your car and it will go on a spree killing your enemies, one by one, and it will reshape itself whenever its damaged. Wouldnt that be nice? (The reshaping part, not being driven insane) Hmm play on words, driven like driving a car and driven insane, yeah its 1:40am im going to sleep now, cya :D

The V6' stangs are no joke. They have a 0-60 in the mid 7's, and high 15 quarter mile times.

You had him on the highway where as that V6 has almost zero torque, Heheh....

Still, a kill is a kill!

Wow, nowonder companies give a crap about making parts for the V6, they are suprisingly fast :(

Hopefully a CAI and Xcal2 can fix that :)

The older v6's were good for maybe low 17s to high 16's at best. To me, thats a drastic improvment. ;)
