Hey guys, What should I do to the motor, tranny (TC) before I install the new motor. I.E. Rear cooling kit, TC change, water pump, is there anything else that I may be missing? Just wanna do some preventative maintenance and some suggestions on what to change to or add?

Thanx guys!!

The only thing 'preventative' on that list is the rear cooling mod. Adn you should DEFINATELY do it.

Is there a better oil pump than the stocker?

My guy at Ford told me that you almost never hear of an oil pump fail on our motor.
