4.10

You will not notice much of a difference going from 3.55 to 3.73 on an otherwise stock car.

Milage will drop about 1 or so MPG.

I would go 410 not 373 if you drive the car at 70 mph the tach will show 2100 rpm with 355 gears add 410's and the car will spin 2400 RPM.

410's will wake the car up and not kill gas milage

Go with 4.10's. You'll show a 200 - 300 RPM increase at speed and wil lose about 1MPG. IMHO... go for i!

4:10's are defintely the way to go, the car is much more responsive on the low end, and IMHO, improves response at highway speeds as well as you'll be running a bit further up in the power curve. I also agree with FBM on the mileage, I've checked my mileage on several trips and 1 mpg is about all I've lost.

Absolutely 4.10's The only way to fly! Gas Mileage is mostly your right foot, not really gears....hee hee!

this might be a stupid question (i am a bit of a n00b when it comes to gears ratio's and what have you), but will changing the ratio to 4:10's increase idle rpm?

Yup, it is a noticable improvement in handling. Just did the 4:10's last week. Noticable difference. It's still a slow BLUE, but noticable ;) Don't think so about the rpms, can't see how.

um...no it wont change your idle speed...gears in your rear axle only function while you are moving my friend!

I will say that I've gone to 4.10's, and I have 235/50's all the way around. That's a bit much for me. I'm gonna go back to the bigger size, and probably on up to a 255/55 on the rear.

4.10s and a PI 3000 stall converter. I've had 442s, GTOs, etc. and NONE of them launch as hard as my Marauder does. Woooohooooo.

I've got 4:30's in mine and at 3000 rpm I'm running 84mph. Just as Smooooooth as glass!! I get about 20 mpg running 75-80 mph with them. Tune, K&N filter kit, Denso plugs UD pulleys and Syn oil might help as well?
