Back to the LCM

In a another thread I mentioned that my headlights would cycle on and off and it was suggested that the LCM was the culprit. My car has been in a Ford shop for the past 2 days for the lighting problem as well as other unrelated repairs. The problem is that the Ford tech cannot positively say that the LCM is at fault since nothing is testing abnormal. A replacement headlight switch was added which did not correct the problem. What else could it be? Any suggestions/help?

How is the LCM tested and why isn't this showing up if the LCM is defective?
