There is a small rice crowd that will ruin their Marauder with one of these. Anyone that I see with one installed is getting beaten with a rubber hose.

Please post them, Its possible that the color and the pics on the ad may be making it look odd.
Lets see it painted on a Marauder and then we will decide. It may look great or it may look like hell. Chances are, nobody will trash the looks of your car even if the spoiler doesn't look right

They're doing a disservice to it by having such a small picture and only one angle. I'm not saying I like it, but one can't really tell. Of course it's not ON a Marauder. Also, it sounds too cheap to also include the third brakelight wiring.

take a closer look... it doesnt even fit. the sides are not touching. i blew the image up two and a half times their size to show it better.

IT'S HORRIBLE.
What I'd like to see is an ALUMINUM spoiler ala road race circuit, the kind that is adjustable with TURNBUCKLES, so you can tune it to the track.
Beside the factory spoiler, that type would be BAD ASS. If someone makes that spoiler, I'M IN.

Well, dang, that looks a lot like the spoiler I mounted on top of my 1963 Olds F-85 (kustom) wagon:
http://pics.livejournal.com/detroitfather/pic/000reac4
I bought the wing from a salvage yard, and it goes on a Dodge Neon or (I believe) a Mitsubishi Eclipse. Lens was NOS from a Dodge dealership.
Or, wait, maybe its this one:

I'm not a fan of this spoiler because it is too narrow. However, I would consider a spoiler that sits lower, mounts at two points on the trunk and actually goes to the outside edges of the trunk (think current Dodge Charger RT wings). Though I would rather see it with less height and arch than the Charger (plane more parallel to the trunk).

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the factory spoiler for our Marauders ... something about the notch above the Mercury emblem and the way you see about half the emblem from the rear. It looks visually awkward to me. Plus, it looks less like a spoiler than an extension of the existing trunk plane. I would rather see something that tilts up tastefully and extends a little more(think mid-eighties Monte Carlo SS).

One of the most tasteful rear deck spoilers I remember is the one on a Buick Grand National.

That thing is blow molded plastic. Paint it black and put in on your car and it will probably warp and distort on the first hot day.
