The answer is yes, but.......
The Trilogy Motorsports (http://trilogymotorsports.com/) kit uses the Eaton m112 blower with custom upper and lower manifolds. The kit is specifically designed for the Marauder and very well engineered and complete.
The but with using a blower from cobra is that the Marauder breathes on the drivers side, while the Mustang breathes on the passenger side.
You can make it work, but there is a work in moving the battery, etc.
I guess nothing is impossible, just it takes time and money.
Feel free to PM with any questions about the Trilogy.

When I compare the pully snout on a 03 Cobra with my Trilogy
it sure LOOKS a whole lot shorter. Never measured though.:dunno:

Pulley snout on the lightning is too long. The problem is the Marauder needs a snout that is in between the Cobra and Lightning.

Could one not use an offset pulley to compensate?
