The 255-55-18 will fit the rear.

It says MARAUDER on it....
Maybe someone should write them, tell them about our market and see if they'll produce fronts.

If they made a front tire in the correct size and it had Marauder on it, I bet they would sell like hot cakes because of the simple impulse buying problem that we have. I know I would buy it lol.
What better way to complete a cars look other than having the name of the car on the side of the tire.

I just wrote them an e-mail to see what they would say.

Marauder name aside anyone know if these are any good? Sounds cool to have "Marauder" on the tire but would hate to see a group buy for a rolling turd. :) Nope I don't know either way, hence why I'm asking, Maxxis is a new brand of tire for me.

They look a lot like the Goodyear snow tires we run our patrol units.

They only make them to fit our rear's and since we as a collective burn through rear tires, It shouldn't matter much what the durability is.
Ill most likely have a new set of Nitto 420's installed before MV-V.
I only found one dealer in my area that sells these tires. I may do some research into what they cost.

As far as Maxxis goes for a tire brand, they are excellent, but they mostly specialize in ATV/Dirtbike tires. And, obviously you can't compare ATV tires to Automobile tires in any way. I would trust them if I was buying some mudders if I owned a 4x4, but I'm not sure about car tires. I'm still waiting for a response from them by the way.

Actually, that was the point behind the 420S. SUV tires are appropriate for use due to our WEIGHT. MAXXIS is a good and well know brand in the 4x4 and ATV communities. I WOULD trust them on my car. I can guarantee they did not enter into making this tire half arsed.
Right now, I'd stay with the 420S rear and 555 front combo. However, my next set would be these if they made something I could use for the front... (255/45/18 for me)
