I was checking out ebay and i ran across this... Is this a good kit. or should i pass it up...

Do yourself a favor and just do the J-Mod instead.

For that price, I'd almost save the cash and get a SCT XCal. I was going to go with a shift kit, but went with a DR tune and I'm not looking back.

I've used the Transtec soft parts before, and they seem to be pretty good quality. But the rest
of the parts are pretty much rebuilder-grade stuff, a definite step down from what the factory
put in our 4R70Ws.
If it were my transmission, I'd stick with the factory Ford friction materials. They're very good,
and not as expensive as you might think.
