so i let my brother take my MM out today because it gets better gas mileage than his 03 Ford Thunderbolt(see pic below)... he calls me about an hour or so later and is soo happy. i had gotten a text message from him while he was at the gas station saying how he loved the car. on the highway though he had 1234...5 cars move instantly for him. gotta love that styling, and then he had a new toyota avalon riding him. i have a police interceptor badge on mine, but we all know they arent fooling no one with flowmasters. it came up next to him after awhile and raised his hands in the "WTF?" notion as in, "What are you driving?" my windows are at 3.5% visibilty so of course he could not see my brother. he rolled down the window and smiled... the guy just smiled back and let him go.:P

i love my car because of what it is. it seems many other people love it because it just looks mean and i have to say, its a moving piece of art IMO.

All the time. I thought it was great with the two p71s I used to drive. IT'S EVEN BETTER WITH THE MARAUDER! People move over quicker. On the way to north country this past weekend, I had three move over one by one in succession. I definitely get to where I'm going much faster these days...:D

Nice thunderbolt. I thought it was more of an appearance package thing, I didnt know any of them had any major power adder mods. They could squeeze 160 hp from the 3.0 and like 220 from the 4.0L. Ford Racing does have a S/C kit for the 3.0L ranger tho.

no mods yet... his is one of the first ones made... it originally had "MOVER" stickers in front of the hood scoop but they were removed before he got it. its a 4.0 and keeps up darn well with my MM till 80 and will stay with a camaro for the run. problem: limiter is at 90mph.
it has a roush intake, and slp exhaust on it from "factory" and yes it is mostly apperance but still drives nice. he bought his with under 8000 miles on it, and its an 03.... he stole it from them with the price. about $5000 under book.

oh and yes it is tiny... my MM dwarfs it.

They make more power than stock. I've dyno'd both and they do make some pretty good numbers.

not sure but i can tell you they are rare... most had a large bolt graphic coming off the spoiler, down the bedside. they are nice little trucks

actually...you can. :) there's only 4 listed in the US though.... and only 1 has less miles than mine....but they want 2K more than what i payed.

Originally, they were roush rangers '01-'02....i never have seen one though.
The roush ranger was not popular, so SLP bought out all of their stock.

The t-bolt above is a 3.0...it's the flexfuel or whatever ethanol motor.

Mine has the 4.0...

There was tons of options....mine has the stage 2, which includes a soft tonneau cover, and tailgate spoiler.

stage 3 added a hard tonneau and hoop spoiler, which i strongly dislike.

an option was the handling package,which include an enlarged frontsway bar,and rear sway bar. also, there was a new intake box, and duel exhaust.

i've found the sway bars, which i plan to order soon...i cannot find the intake for the 4.0,or the duel exhaust.

i've added the factory option turn signal mirrors. They're from muth....they say thunderbolt on the mirror and have the arrow built in.....very cool.

it's decently quick and gets decent gas mileage.....the only addition i want is the thunderbolt floor mats, but all i find is tan.

it's for sale for the right price....there is a silver '04 marauder on autotrader calling my name....actually if it were dtr, i may have sold my truck already....
