Is there any reason I can't have them break down the wheel/tire combo, reverse the tires, rebalance and mount in lue of proper rotation sequence? Any thoughts? OPr am I nuts and being too anal about this?

The tires do have inside/outside indications on the sidewalls but I'm not sure what difference it would make if reversed.

These are not $300 tires we are talking about. They are on the net from $79 to $99. Remounting and balancing them should run 15 to 20 dollars per rim. Plus you have to worry about damage to your rims. I change my tires when they get three quaters worn....which is soon. I say live with the wear & change-em when they get 3/4's worn out.
Uhhhh, huh-huh...huh
