Nice pics and video. Where was that car show out? That green and black Mopar is at the Porky's here in Des Moines quite a bit. I like that car a lot. Nice and clean and sounds mean. I think that white Chevy II/Nova looks familiar, too.

Say, I noticed the position of your MAF sensor in the pic. I was always under the impression that it should be @ 10:00 position. I have to assume yours runs good positioned like that?

Big cruise put on by the Webster City Cruisers that happens every year. There are start points all over the state and some in southern Minnesota. They cruise to Stratford, IA as a stopping point and then on to the Ft. Dodge fair grounds. Usually are 1000-1200 cars total, depending on weather. And I have scene weather all over the place for that: 90 degrees, freezing rain, snow...

It is the first weekend in October.

I just dont get what the attraction is for melting expensive, hard to get tires but thats just me.I don't either. Even a nasty 130 hp 305 LG4 chevy can do a brakestand. Burning up good tires seems silly. But if it makes you happy ... it's your tires.

Not sure about any up coming car shows. Porky's car night is every Wednesday and Saturday night. Motorcycle night on Tuesday and Thursday's.

It is in Des Moines on Douglas Ave pretty much between the 2nd Ave and Merle Hay Road I80/35 exits.

I do, its the car, just wants to run, and this is a once a year deal that they let you do it, and people love to watch it
