Check your plugs for the defroster at the rear window. Might have been knocked loose. Also could be a break in the defroster lines.

Only problems that I have seen posted here on the CD changer skipping and acting up were related to home burned CDs not store bought CDs. Move the disc to a different slot (don't put home CDs in #1 slot). Eject the CD cassette and reload.

PS .... Using all Caps ... all the time is the internet equivalent to shouting. We hear ya just fine. ;)
