Thanks Dennis for taking good care of my sons while installing the charger on their 'rauder.

Jeff II is real happy. I appreciate the support and great job.

I enjoyed both of there company, I put them in a loaner car yesterday they went to Jax Beach and took in the sites there, they showed up this morning and got to see us Dyno the car, this was a Non inner cooled Vortech and it made 367 RWHP at 9 PSI. The OAT today was over a 100, there IAT at times was over 160, but this is a 04 with dual knock sensors, and we have a safe tune for this power level, and you son wants to add the inner cooler and PI converter, along with a transmission upgrade later on, and I told him I will help any way I can. The car was immaculate with 17 K on the clock. We quit at 6:300 its now time for a cold

Is there any way of incorporating the second knock sensor in the 03 block? Maybe an impossibility, but I thought I'd ask.

Not to hijack this from Dennis, but no. You can physically mount the 2nd knock sensor in the block, but the '03 PCM can't talk to it. You'd have to have an '04 PCM and wiring harness...not worth the effort to convert it for the small gain.
