The supercharger kit(s) Installs, I have been involved with, have primarily been Trilogy. I did a Procharger on another model(non Marauder). Each install, took Many hours, even days with several helpers. The "Dream Team" from central Fla., can get you rolling in several hours. They have countless installs to their credit, and Claude( Carfixer) is an experienced FLM tech. How about the everyday handy guy, or a first timer? I have heard others claim with their much less invasive kits, installs can take much longer than expected. Mine took four days, not full time, but had up to four different, helpers. Probably took 25-30 man hours to install. The only snag was for me, the chip was not cleaned well enough to make good contact to the PCM. This through a check engine code that Chuck(Tallboy), helped me resolve over the phone. In all fairness, my install included an oil change, gas, filter, several dyno runs and some fun on the street! How long did your install take? Did you have any holdups? How were they resolved? I got my hand stuck between the Windshield wiper cowl and the inlet, good thing I could reach a can of WD -40, to get my catchers mitt out!

Trilogy #132 was installed by me over a weekend (that included about 10 hours working on a client emergency for work). Total install for me ( less paint time ) was about 16 hours. I also swapped valve covers and installed a Snow Performance Methanol injection system at the same time,

The worst part of the Vortech A2A Kit was installing the Fuel Pump.

Also...the tubing caused some issue....but I believe that has been corrected.

I would say the ACTUAL install time was probably about 6-8 hrs.

Took me several days...Considering that I had a new born and had to work when he was sleeping and stop when he awoke...Boy was I tired...

Mine took me longer than it should've but it was mid January and temps were quite low at the time! I just couldn't wait. :) I used 2 weekends but in warmer weather it would've been 2-3 days. The cold sapped my work ethic.

The great thing with the Fl. install team was that they were there for me via phone, I bugged Claude a few times with questions, he even put up with my cold-numbed brain and the odd desciptions that ensued.

:) Aside from having troulbe spotting the right wire to tap into for the IC pump and getting pointed in the right direction it went pretty well. I had one friend help me put the blower on and bolt a few things down for a few hours but everything else I did solo.

It took me 2 full days by myself. There's a lot to do. Any person doing this for the 1st time with basic automotive skill will definitely be overwhelmed. Now when I see ad for supercharger and then it says "5-6 hrs installation time" I have to laugh.

Mine went into the garage at 4:30PM, we took a pizza and beer break of about an hour. The test drive was uneventful of problems but FAST as hell and started at 10:30PM. Total install time about 5 hours...all of it fun. Dennis....course I used my big brain on this and had the STOOGES do the work. I would recommend this approach to EVERYONE. :beer:The install is is just as seemless as it looks finished, the results beyond expectation, the unit is trouble free and the support is incredible. It is no accident that my new Trilogy Twin Screw is Kit #170-TS-001. That is right, 170 kits sold. Phenominal. Dennis
