What would you do?

I have recently replaced my loved '96 Impala SS with a Marauder, and I wish to do some modifications to it so I can dust all those rice burners that I despise to the depths of my heart (especially the ones that look good, but have no engine mods). What would you reccomend for the best performance mods, Vortech seems to make a good kit, as well as a RPC chip, but else? becides my tint, I would like to keep the outside as normal as possible, cops already like the car too much, and after writing me my tickets... they like to sit around and chat about it...so flashy might be the best policy...

No, my impala was always a strait stock car with the excpetion of limo tent, a k&n air filter and a big stereo, but hey, I was a poor college student... so I did what I could. I called Dennis and I talked to him about taking my car down to floridaand him working on it for a week or two and he could install a super charger with chip, 4:10 gears, (is this considered a stage 1?), but I think I might be wanting to go to Dennis, for as the wise Marauder57 said, "I would not buy a kit designed by someone else and have it installed by a different person. If I want Mona Lisa, I want DaVinci painting...not DaVito. "

Go with a supercharger if you want a real boost in performance. You need to get in touch with Trilogy Motosports. They have a nice Eaton/roots type supercharger which I believe is better than the Vortech setup. ( can I say that?)

At the risk of hijacking this thread....you know what is good at CB....they had this Macoroni bake thing....it has macaroni (go figure) and sausage, ham, beef, cheese and like crumbled bread crumbs on top....but they only have it as a special once in a while....aint nothin better than meat, macaroni and cheese....unless you are eating it in a supercharged MM....see how I brought that full circle.... ;)

I hate to ask for invite but I would like a change to see other MM. I have had mine since Sept and STILL havent seen one on the road other then mine!!! Let alone one with Mods dun. Since I work thirds I need schedule a friday off to make it. If its OK?? Maybe next month or the one after??
