Don't think so. I think the part in question was on E-150 vans and some other models as I recall. I got the letter when I still had the van and it went back before 1999 on some models. Can't remember if it was posted in a thread here or not.

Recall applies to 1994-2002 F-250/350/450/550, 1994-1996 E150/250/350, 1996-2002 E-450, 2000-2002 Excursion, 1998 Explorer and Mountaineer.
