I tried to google these but nothing came up. Anyone have any idea what these two trouble codes mean.
code 1. C0000
code 2. P0800

I would clear out your ecm and try it again as those codes are not listed P8XX codes are transmission related, I dont see any cXXX codes anywhere.
Try resetting it and letting it throw codes again and see what it comes up with. You can reset it with the scan tool or by disconnecting the battery for a while (most types of ecms)..

About $250 later I had the upgraded wiper motor.
