I expect these to be sold out within the week so I won't have any at Oktoberfest. Unless there's a very big interest, we don't plan on doing another run of them.

How does the DVD distribution work? Do all Marauder Villers get one or does that cost extra?

We're working on it. There will be some costs, but they've yet to be determined. Shipping and duplicating adds up.
