another 300a w/ axle tsb

well last month the roaring from the rear got really annoying so i called the dealer who sold me the car (ive got a friend in parts;)) to get the price for axle kit (275.00)..my car just turned 60k last week and i was joking with him about the dealer "goodwilling" the axles to me ..he said it was worth a shot to speak w/ service manager,so i did and it paid off...dropped it off monday afternoon and picked it up tuesday morning w/ new axles, seals ,etc all for $109.75:banana:...got to see inside and inspect for other damage(ive also got a friend in the shop) all looks good...this is the same dealer who put a new engine in last year due to the #8 wrist pin noise and ive never even got a oil change there:eek:....they truly have earned my respect and will purchase there again in the future...anyway my MM is nice and quiet now...MAN I LOVE THIS CAR

You are lucky to have a cooperative dealership like that.
to keep them happy throw them some of the routine maintenance once in a while.

I have a small, dad & son FLM dealership 9 miles from my house. They are the only people I let touch my Marauder. They have always been fair on out of pocket cost work and they are very mod friendly. Always schedule appointments around my screwball work schedule and get me out ASAP if I have to wait. This past spring the gas tank was leaking. He worked with me and it was covered under the emissions warranty. Bagels and donuts for them each time I visit. Great guys. I just wish they were more realistic on price when it comes time to buy a vehicle. They squeeze every penny... Another dealer whooped em on the Marauder big time even though it wasn't in stock and the DTR I wanted was 275 miles away.
