Way to go Wes!

Does this mean there can be a Trilogy sub-forum in your forum now?

How would this affect future power-adder raffles as well? Not pot stirring, just curious, I suppose that is partly up to Wes.

Great news Wes, but what does that mean exactly?

It means we don't have to travel 1200 miles for an install.

Wes;

Are dyno tune facilities responsive enough to tune after the install, like within a day after the install?

Will you be posting a price list for the Kits, installation and dyno tune?

............

Unless you are really in a hurry for a dyno tune, the tune that comes with the Trilogy kit is more than fine.

I have not changed my stock Trilogy tune yet. It's been almost a year since the install date.

Sorry Wes......

But....WHY would you want to keep the "stock" Tune, when a Dyno Tune will yeild EVEN MORE power and safety????

:dunno:

PS - This is not a jab or anything ill.....just a serious question.

You talk about Dyno tunes like it’s the golden goose. Most of our tuning is done for fuel & air, transmission schedule changes, and spark table. Their are other minor customizations that improve the feel of the car. A stock motor under most circumstances and modification will act fairly consistence given a similar set of modifications. History has proven this fact. The best I would possibly gain is a few more tenths by increasing timing greater then 12 degrees and increasing A/F. Performance is a relative term. If you plan on drag racing 7 months of the year and making over 100 passes then you might yield to the conservative side of life. On the other hand each mod has a cost to performance ratio. Map out your goals and budget. I have owned several expensive custom tunes. The one I received from Trilogy is top-notch. I hope that answers your question.

Cars that leave Lidios shop are known to have 30-40 more rwhp left in them, safely.

Not a bad thing, its why Lidio gained an awesome reputation.

We drove to Michigan one month after we installed the Trilogy to have Lidio confirm the tune on the dyno. We were pleasantly reassured that the tune we received on the chip was almost spot on!! We asked Lidio to tweak the idle speed a bit. We got a few HPs but no change in TQ. This confirmed to us that the tune with the kit was just what we needed.

gains in that amount , smaller pulley maybe, not just a custom tune over the stock.
