It's the last open day gathering hosted by Columbus Racing.

The Columbus racing folks are truly a great bunch, and have arranged their second, and last private day for the year 2007 at Ohio's own Norwalk Raceway Park. Both lanes and fuel service.
The March event was outstanding. Many types of vehicles and many people to meet.
You can't beat $40 for this type of venue.
I haven't registered yet, but if all goes well with my new tune, I really want to be there.

And here is link to their website. I cannot remember if one needs to register to see their site, and register there to be able to attend, but if so, it's no big deal, an admin will authorize your request shortly.
