dont see why not the only thing they phsycally changed wince then was the combustion chambers on the heads and tuning, same block, should bolt right up

I think it should bolt up but pulley/idler/tensioner configuration may be different?

The only advantage to this timing cover is for centrifugal blowers with high boost, or a Kenne Bell Mach 1 KIT that has been installed.
