Either the master switch or the motor.

If the lights dim, sounds like bad motor ...... but the other guys are much more technically knowledgeable than I am. I exist mainly to provide some comic relief. ;)
If you didn't hear any Ka-Chunk! sound when it stopped working, then it probably isn't the regulator (mechanical arm) mechanism.

Also sounds like the motor to me.

I'd have a look at the motor in that case. Any noise coming from the door? Clicking? Whirring?

It's the motor. Try operating the switch while hitting the inside of the door you might fee up the motor.

Or try to hold the switch in the up position with door open then close door very hard.
Either way should work.

No Noise Or Sound Coming From Inside The Door!
Told The Wife She's Been Slamming The Doors Too Hard!
I Hope The Motor Is Serviceable....
Thanks For All Your Input......
