I know a few have made other kits work, but site says will work with any 9007 bulb/housing. They did a write up in a 50 Mustang rag and was curious about putting it in my mustang. However my Marauder is the daily so would be better served there.

Here is the link: http://www.americanmuscle.com/hid-dual-beam-kit-9007.html

You get High and Low to work. (via a magnet that adjusts) not sure about HI Beam flashing option?

Thoughts? $280 bucks with free shipping.

Adjusted via electromagnetic motor. Well, I'm not too familiar with electric motors that aren't "electromagnetic". Sounds like a good product, though. Wonder where it is made?

I recommend you purchase from someone that is in the U.S., not overseas.

Go to Ultrabrightlights.com I just installed a set of headlights and foglamps in my fathers F-150. High quaility kit and the seller backs up his product 100%.
Very easy to install and the low/high beams work within the single bulb.

Paul, is the kit good quality? My Dad has bought TWO sets of HID's for his '04, and none work! Do these have high beams too?

I purchased my Bi-Xenon (low/high) 6000K McCulloch system from Xenonkings.com I'll never go back to regular bulbs and I know a lot of people that have used the McCulloch system and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I read it and what I find interesting is that he talks about a persons perception of the light vs the actual effects. It makes perfect sense that two different light sources would require different optics. According to him an HID "upgrade" can actually degrade your distance vision. Another good point is that you don't see kits by the most trusted manufacturers...PIAA, Hella, Osram

My HID's are great - but then they are a complete light replacement, not bulbs. They use projection housings and have low and high beams (using a solenoid that moves the shade inside the housing).

I got them through adtr.com but I am not sure if they are available any more. I also don't know if there were models for the MM - I have a CV.

One other solution I have seen in europe was buying the projector units and then cutting a circular hole in the back of the lights and glueing them in. This works pretty well if done carefully but I don't know where you would get the projector units here.
