How much should we expect to spend? Where should we stay? What should we see? What should we do?

The only thing 100% ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY that is happening, is Charlie's on Webster ;)

I just looked at a sh**load of hotels for a friend of mine who wants to stay downtown. ANYTHING that doesn't isn't doubling as an SRO for winos is going to run $175 - $225 a night. If you keep your eye peeled you might find some of the hotels putting up weekend deals. Drop me a PM and let me know what dates and I'll look around somemore in the company travel site. Besides, I want t/w you about Springfields...

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, N State St. and E Grand Ave a few years ago. Nice place, central location. $242 for a weekend night, end of April '08.
