Here is a 98 Mark that we took in last Friday, the owner started the tear down with the idea of using a pro charger Mustang kit with after cooler, as you can see the front header panel is gone, he installed 42 pound injectors will use a Walbro 255 with a KBAP, I have replaced the OEM radiator and fan for Clarence issues with the SC, we may not be able to use the after cooler I will know later next week when I get he car on the lift, I have mocked up the install and so far the head unit is a easy install, the pipes will be custom made to fit the car and will do this in a blow through maf configuration, I will post more pictures later on

Hey Dennis, its Tony.
Hows the car comming along now? Are they still in the process of making the intercooler?
What air to fuel ratio are you going to program into it?
I'm very anxious to get it back.
Thanks for posting pictures too :D

I picked the car up today and the inner cooler really looks good we will reloacte the power steering cooler and put the front end on after we get every thing powdercoated.

I will install the pipes and dyno tune the car then take it apart and have the pipes powder coated, this car has 97 K on the clock so its not going to be a high RWHP car but the kit is there ready to turn the boost up later on.

The car has the brakes already upgraded it has the stock transmission and converter, it will have 42 pound injectors a 90 MMLM and walbro 255 FP.

I have another silver 98 in the parking lot getting the exact same setup, and we sold another kit today and he is coming in November.

VERY cool!!!!! :D:D:D
Out of curiousity, did you install the 10psi pully or did you think it was to much boost for the high-mileage motor to handle?
(I wouldn't want to blow anything, though I don't really plan on taking it to the track... Atleast not until I can save up and by forged internals:banana2:)

Very nice. Best MkVIII sc piping I've seen.
Dennis, you should have these pipes digitized so they can be duplicated with ease in the future.

Not yet, until I do I'm only going to use it to go to school and work. Won't take the chance of beating the crap out of it at the track or at the light.

Well it is done and this was a project, we now have a complete kit for this car, I will be using a Novi 1200 so there is mo need to tap the pan, witch is a pain on the Mark 8 because of the air diverter valve that sets right in front of the dampener,

The car made about 7 PSI and with a 113K on the clock I think it made decent power.

7 psi?
Did you run it with the 10 psi?
Great install though, I like the sticker haha.
(I'm just hoping ProCharger didn't send the wrong size pully :shake:).
Good numbers for 7 psi though.

It has the smaller pulley you sent the car runs great

Thats good to hear. The car rarely saw over 3k RPMs, so it should last with that HP for a while. (At least I think so... haha :D )
I'm counting down the days. :D:D:D
