I'm a future MM owner in Coral Springs, NW of Ft Lauderdale. I recently test drove a MM w/9k and all 3 options*- a stock 300A that BARKED 2nd gear when manually shifted. BTW, I also know a guy in my area who has one, plus don't count out the Superchips test mule in Orlando.

3 options- cd changer, trunk organizer, & rear spoiler

I am a future Marauder owner in Tampa. I have seen a couple Marauders driving around the Tampa Bay area.

Hopefully within the week I will have a Marauder. I am currently trying to negotiate a price on a 300A, and I have got one local dealer close to $28K out the door. Does anyone know any Florida dealers, preferably in the Tampa Bay or South Florida area, that can do better than this on the price?

No I went to LLM and test drove the last black one they had....Are you the guy who traded a Harley F150 in on a Marauder? Because the salesman said a guy did that 2 days before I got there.....

The LLM guy told me about Blue and Silver which I did not know.....then they were sold out of MM's so I went to Central Florida LM on Colonial...they had a Silver on the lot which was a special order...and 8 blacks....They got my blue from Merrit Island LM which is a sister dealership of theirs.....The Silver is gone I have my Blue and they still have the Blacks.....

I stop at the McD's in Winter Springs to grab a soda before I hop on the greenway.....

57, When I went to LLM all the Marauders were gone. They
said they would get me one from Tampa or Brooksville, Fla.
I said forget it! I went to Central Fla. L-M where as you know
they had 6 or more 300A's but they were trash....because all of them had been sitting on the lot for 12-9 months. Like I said before I got mine at LEGACY on the "trail"....a nice new clean black 300B with only 15 miles on it. I'm out of town this week....will be back this weekend, will send you a post then,

Greeting Firedab welcome to the site. Havent heard of the Tower shops. I live in Boca Raton and stay mainly in the sountern PBC and northern BC.

Just set a date, time and place...probably within a hours drive is probably gonna be acceptable--maybe 1 1/2 hrs...you'll be surprised with the turnout ---all it takes it to just someone to PM one close by and work together maybe and step up to the plate and post your meeting...then it's all fun after that...it comes natural since we all know what we want to do when together....

and when you get one (group) going..would love to stop in on one of your meets as I usually go down thru Fla via I-95 coast to Vero Beach twice a year....

will be looking on news of a future meet hopefully.....good luck ---just do it!!

I purchased mine in Daytona, late Feb this year. Used to be attached to a USCG reserve unit in St. Petersburg, there at the Albert Whitted Airport. Had to do the I-4 drive-for-your-life run at least once a month.

Sure do miss Florida. If I can EVER get back down there, I'd luv to see y'all...

The one i saw yesterday, one i've seen parked at the Albertsons on glades and 441 in a handicap space, then yours and mine. Thats a high count in such a small area.

Hey folks! Having recently been in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater area, might I offer a suggestion?

There's a local Hooters-knockoff resturant chain in the Clearwater area called The Wing House. They've got a pretty nice spot on Ulmerton, about 3-5 miles from I-275, on the right side of Ulmerton going west. The lot's big enough to handle all you, if you call ahead and make reservations (yeah, I know...it's geeky to make reservations...but the football crowd likes to congregate there too, so you may want to do it anyway.)

I know about the place because it's where my USCG reserve unit used to hang out on our drill weekends. They may still do so, although I haven't been there since December so I don't know for sure. Second or third weekend every month.
