I am thinking of one of the clear bra paint protector for mine. I want some paint protection.

http://www.Global-accessories.com sells the lebra product, I have been trying to get them to make one for the Marauder, maybe if we all email them we can get the to take me more serious.

I doubt if anyone makes a bra for the Marauder, (or Grand Marquis/Crown Vic for that matter, since 75 year-olds don't have the energy to waste putting one on and taking it off). I had 3M clear protective tape put on mine, including the mirrors and behind the wheel wells. Unfortunately, very expensive but my "Blue Baby" was worth it.

Thanks, jgc61sr2002, proud to be a member. By the way, where can I get a poster of that chick with the Marauder??? At least they make a bra for her. The Marauder's so macho, that if someone ever makes one, they should call it a "Jock strap" instead...

Sorry, no poster exactly, another site member created it for me.
But, for a fee (LOL) I could probably work something out..

There are none out there for the MM yet. Trust me, you'll hear about here first....you came to the right place though. Another member and myself have found a vendor, and have placed orders, but they just seem to be dragging their feet on getting the pattern completed. It's been about 3 months in the wait now.

Like Cruise said, we have been waiting for 3+ months and nothing yet. I have an order number but Krista hasn't responded to the last 6 emails I've sent her... I think it would help if those who are interested would contact her @www.eclipsecovers.com and let her know something.. I've used their products in the past and can vouce for their reputation and workmanship that goes into the products... Thanks,

Donald

Everytime there is a bra discussion, inevitably there is a discussion about cost vs. protection. If you live in the land of sun, I can see where bra's are a minor issue. Unfortunately, the Chicagoland area offers bra owners a great opportunity in the exercise of taking the bra on and off. Not to mention the issues surrounding flapping marks. For this reason, I decided to go with the Xpel method. Yes, it is expensive but then would you buy a cheap bra? Is it perfect? No, but at least I don't have to worry about weather or any other issues. Will it perserve my front end from chips, scratches or road rash while the Xpel takes the brunt, YES! Will I have any major effort associated with this protection? NO!

Check out the photo gallery from the Chicagoland get together and see if it make sense for you.

I used the X-pel headlight covers and they went on without a problem. And at first glance, you don't notice them. I've been thinking of getting the full front end pieces, but just haven't done it yet. Looks a little more challenging getting it on than the headlight covers, but it looks like a good alternative to a bra.

Please fill me in on what X-pel is. Maybe I've missed something; is that clear tape you put on yourself? I've had the 3M tape put on already, but I just wanna know what's out there.

It's a clear urethane adhesive sheet that is applied over the front end of the car (in sections). Barely visible on the headlights. I haven't seen it applied over paint in person. Check the website. http://www.xpel.com/
