I'm taking in all ideas on making my marauder faster without spending a grip. I see alot of people with the triolgy motorsport supercharger. I was thinking about getting one until I seen that price. Give me some ideas.

The 3 basic rules of modding Marauders are:
Gears
Torque Convertor
Dyno tune
These are all the best bang for the buck mods, and should easily cut off more than .5 off 1/4 times. You will definatly notice better 0-60 times based on experiences on the forum.
Good luck, and happy modding!!

Dont even bother with the small potatoes, go straight to the blower

Dennis Reinhart has a non-ic vortec for around 4000 and with an IC is still alot cheaper than a trilogy. there are pluses and minus to both types of superchargers.

Just to keep it fair, the FIT kit is right at $5K.

Several members w/ tune, headers, gears and T/C hit 13.5.
W/ Tune, UD, Cobra Exhaust, Gears and T/C I hit 13.74.

Intake, tune, torque converter and gears.
A good list! Intake and tune should be top of the list, the tune is probably the one thing that will give you the most change in driveability, intake adds a bit of power but the sound makes the ride more fun.
As for TC and gears the order is debateable, it depends on the other mods you want to end up with but both are good investments.

Mostly agreed. Power is nothing without control.
I'd make mod 7 some tranny work to harden it for the power. Art Carr L2 seems to do the trick, then BOOST!

I agree with killjoy and mags but you can do without 3-6 if you have to.
