I was thinking, when I put my blower on, could I upgrade to a Cobra lower manifold? Would it fit? A few guys on the SVTP boards said it would since it's the same (similar) block but I told them I didn't think it would. So, would it? And would a power adder MM benefit from it?

Cobra lower intake from what year?

Aren't you installing a Procharger? If so I think the Marauder lower intake is your best option.

+2^^......Why would you want to confuse a straight forward installation when the kit alone will give you more power than you can use on stock rears anyway??:shake:

Like I said, I didn't think it would work anyways, just thought I'd ask to make sure. The reason why I thought it would give more hp was because that manifold was designed for boost, and maybe it would benefit us with a blower.

I thought they were the same intkae and nothing would be benefitted from the swap. And with a supercharger wouldn't porting the manifold be the best choice.

It won't work as it's designed to mate to the Eaton M112's outlet. The MM upper intake (or any other 4.6l DOHC upper intake for that matter) won't bolt to it. It does fit the heads, though - they use the same style ports (block makes no difference)
I really don't think it would be of much benefit even if it you were able to adapt it to the MM upper intake, as it's only a large open cavity (deisgned for the intercooler to fit inside)
