You are driving a 4200lb sedan with a rather small engine. If you are cruising at those speeds you would be at very low RPM's in O/D.

Sounds normal with 3.55 gears.

And turning off the overdrive I have a Lidio tune and when I was driving through the Virginias through the mountains I had to kick off the o/d otherwise it dogged out unless I floored it. After a few hours of mountain driving before I thought to turn off the o/d she was actually starting to run really hot (it was about 98 outside fully loaded trunk and mountain driving not a good combo). Turned off the o/d and cruised up the mountains with ease.

Ford does recommend, at least they did, to turn off overdrive when driving in hilly terrain, but I don't think simple slopes qualify.

Loss of power up a slope means you are probably low on gas and running the fuel basket dry.
Its a not so common problem on MM's, but it has shown up on a few.

Put more gas in the tank and dont go WOT up an incline when you are below 1/4 tank

When ever I drive up small hills or gentle slopes I get a powerloss. The Marauder just loses power, doesn't stall, and I need to apply more than normal gas pedal pressure to keep up to normal speed. Happens at 50kph and 60 kph. I then have to apply more gas pedal pressure and it then kicks in and I have to let off or I will be going too fast.

Could it be a gear problem or is this another thing associated with my stalli idleng low?
What is your definition of a small hill or gentle slopes in terms of degrees (approximate).
I'm sure alot of guys will have different description of hills and slopes.

Unless he's driving in the Rocky Mountains or foothills, he doesn't have very big slopes.
