DTR MM sighting alexandria va 395 south

i was driving on king at about 3:25pm st merging on to 395 towards DC and a DTR blows right past me on to 395 south, so i followed...but he was haulin ass. it looked like he had stainlesss steel inserts, va plates older fella driving with all 4 windows down...even honked my horn but couldnt catch him, traffic was to heavy....anyone?

Sherm's DTR has been replaced with a black MM (old news). The plates are the same though. :D
