The Stock Pulley for the Vortech A2A is 3.60". It makes ~10 PSI.

The next step is a 3.48" Pulley. It makes 11-12 PSI.

Personally.... I would not put a 3.12" Pulley onto a Vortech A2A on a Stock Motor.

Check out THIS (http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/product.php?p=42&cat_key=6) site.

That's like 20+ PSI.

The stock head gaskets probly won't take it. The stock rods definitely wont take it. You'll probly be overdriving the S-Trim blower. The kit doesn't come with big enough fuel injectors for all that air.

I have a 3.60" on a Vortech S-Trim A2A. My Exhaust is completely stock.

Here is my Dyno Graph:

Not sure. Go to ProCharger's website, and see if they sell Pulleys. I am not sure what size = what on a Procharger.

No, I wouldn't use them. You probably have a 3.8 and could go to a 3.60 (12-13 lbs boost) but woud have to re-tune, probably go to 60 lb injectors and better fueld pumps.

Where can I find all of those parts? I looked on Prochargers website, but didn't see anything about pullys.

is it just me?It appears that some pulleys are making different boost/hp #'s then what are for others..is it because of air,or is their some other differences that I'm not seeing?

Each engine is different. Different Mods add up differently. Very few folks have IDENTICAL Mods....

Call Procharger direct and ask for Shannon (a guy) he can get you a 3.60 pulley direct from them. You will also need an Diablosport MAfia maf extender to complete your upgarde with the 60 lb injectors. I can find you a supplier for those as well.

Great. When you have the time can you PM me the info. I'll look up the costs and stuff. This will probably be next years mod.... if all I have to do is change the injectors, pully and tune. I don't wanna do any internals.

Don't forget the fuel pump and the 255 lph Walbro probably won't keep up with the 60# injectors!!!:shake:

Mine has a 3.7 pulley and makes 10.5 PSI in cool air.....AND I can spin the Nitto 295's all the way through 1st and well after the 1-2 shift!!!

Also, if you start pushing 500 RWHP ya stand a good chance of going BOOM!!!

Take your time Dom....

complete your upgarde with the 60 lb injectors.

What are the size of our stock injectors? I've done searches and can't find an answer.

I believe they're 25. Moderate power upgrades call for 39 or 42. High power upgrades need 60.

For clarification, a 3.6 usually makes 8lbs, but an A/A kit might make 10 cause the intercooler is more efficient.
A general rule of thumb is: every pulley size smaller you pick up ablut 2 lbs of boost.

I have a 3.7 making 10 (9.8) lbs intercooled.

my A/A is together now and dynoed at 441 at the wheels before detuned to 415wbhp with the 3.60 pulley
