SB Northbound on I-80, Halstead Exit

I'm cruising northbound in my Impala rent-a-wreck Friday around 4:30 pm when a nice looking SB with tinted windows passed me on the left, near the Halstead Ave exit. I hit the horn and waved, but there would have been no reason to pay much attention to me.

Local guy, or just passing through?
