Hi Y'all:
Did a search but could not find answer to question:

If I want to install a factory 6 disk CD in trunk, do I have to change the tuner?

Factory 6 disk CD available?
Cost?

Thanks

I think the car's wired for the changer, so basically plug n' play if you've got the chnager.

The Marauder is NOT wired for the trunk mounted CD player.

The wire harness goes for less than $100.00 from Ford.

True the MM is not "wired" for a CD changer, you do need the harness. The MM's radio is Ford CD changer capable.

Just make sure that you specify what MM you have. The 2003 300As use a different harness than the 300Bs and all 2004 model MMs.

I aquired a CD changer from a member and had to purchase the wire harness....cost me about 80 bucks.....I stayed away from the trunk mount and put it in my center console. Never have to get out of the car to change CD's now....

To the OP, Send me a PM, I've got no need for mine now that I have a nice Pioneer setup.
