If one receives a tune from a vendor, but does data logging and finds an adjustment to the A/F is required on a S/C car, can one simply make such adjustments with the X-Cal2, or would any type of further files or software be required to enable the X-Cal2 to be able to do so?

You can make some changes, but there not maf load specific or rpm in small increments, if this is what you want, buy a pro-racer package with the Xcall.

Where would you get a pro racer package. And doesn't this allow adjustments on the computer.

I or any other SCT dealer can order this for you, and you can change or modify any thing you want
