Hi Dennis,
I bought the SCT 9100 MicroTuner with stock gear and 4:33 gear programs from you several years ago.
I have never used it and was wondering if the tuner still retains the programs?
Or, do I need to send to you for re-programming or updates?
Please advise!
thanks,

No the tuner will hold the program unless its erased, but the file has been improved since then I may be able to find you a cable that you can buy and I will just send you a updated file for free

Thanks Dennis,
I wasn't sure if the 9100 used volatile memory or non-volatile memory to store the program!
I would be happy to buy the cable to update the unit or I could UPS the unit to you.
Just let me know.
Thanks,
Billl
