I was in a white 68 cadillac fleetwood with 4 inch white wall tires, i was making a u turn..the blk MM was on penn ave turning left on 295 south,,no tint..W M gray hair shades i think we made eye contact but not sure it was like around 330 400 o-clock pm during the skins game...anyone?
