Vinyl Arm Resr

Hi guys,
I just noticed today that the vinyl paded arm rest behind the window switch, is peeling away from its plastic frame. Anyone know how to remove the arm rest so I can glue the vinyl back down?

I believe you have to remove the door panel to takeoff the arm rest assy.
