The Car Has All Its Power From Battery,Replaced Starter and It Still Wont Start. The Starter Is Not Turning either:mad2:

Does the MM have a security system built into the key cylinder?
This went bad on our '01 Pontiac Grand Am.
It showed the same symptoms.

Yes they have to be programmed but i think the car will still crank just not turn over . I can run outside an use my UNPROGRAMMED key to rule this out . I'll be right back

If it was a key fault - it would crank but the theft indicator would flash rapidly. Check all the relays and make sure the engine ground is good.

I would say also before anyone forgets to mention, a neutral safty switch. Common problem mistaken for all other types of problems.

Problem solved it was fuse #101 I switched it once it did nothing so later on after trying everything else i switched the fuse again and it worked. the fuse just had a short. Thank You For The Help Guys:beer:
