Hi guys! I've recently moved to Urbana, MD (just south of Frederick) from Indianapolis, so I thought I'd say hello!
Also, there is a more pressing reason for me to post. I've got a 2004 DTR Marauder with a Trilogy. A few days ago, the car started making a "whirring" noise, and it hesitates horribly under full throttle. I think I have an air leak somewhere.
Being new to the area, I was wondering where is a good performance shop to get repair work done around here? Thanks!

I think that I would call Jerry Barnes first and tell him the symptoms and sounds and see if he has any ideas.
"sweetair" has a Trilogy and he's located near Germantown, MD. He may be able to point you in the direction of a good shop. Haggis and Mike Poore are in the Frederick, MD area and are likely familiar with shops there.

Sorry about your bad luck. If you have to travel south on 270 in the morning, traffic sucks especially in the last two weeks, remember to leave an hour earlier then planned.
Hope to hook up with you sometime.

Hope to hook up with you sometime.I work in Alexandria, so I know all about the 270 traffic. I leave home about 5:30AM, and it's still horrible!
Thanks for the advice! :)

Your best bet would be to call speed unlimted and they could probly point you in the right direction.

I heard you meet my crazy wife a few months back in Williamsport, MD., she was driving a black Explorer and pulled you over. Her neice was with her and the rest of the family was in the car behind you.

Your wife "crazy"? You got along way to go. Chris is one of the more normal ones I've met. Tom

Back in the days before Summit & Jeg's catalogs, we would call them "Price Unlimited".

........ "Price Unlimited".
Still are "Price Unlimited" IMHO.. In a pinch I had to purchase a remote oil filter kit from them a few weeks ago and they hit me hard... Seems the business model of a few really high sells works for them.... I would stay away from them unless no other choice. I agree with placing a call to JB
