I am looking for someone in the PG County, MD or surrounding area that would have a 12mm x 1.0 Tap and dye. We have an oopsie here at the shop that we need to fix but, no one ANYWHERE seems to have this.

Nope, it's a 14mm x1.25mm spark plug tap.
Try McMaster-Carr 609-689-3000
Taper, 26015a221
Plug, 26015a222
Bottom,26015a223
all using a 11mm drill
call and you can have it by 11am Thursday
